Anne Cardea
Anne Cardea is the founder and owner of Cardea Law, LLC. She practices law primarily in Arapahoe County as a guardian ad litem, representing children’s best interests in child welfare and juvenile delinquency cases. She also does pro bono work for community members and in immigration cases. Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Cardea taught 8th grade Language Arts in a Title 1 school. Because she regularly stood up for students against the oppressive and harmful education system, she was targeted by the school district and ultimately resigned to attempt to cause change in other ways. Ms. Cardea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Duke University with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in German. While at Duke, she was a member of the Women’s Golf Team, which won a National Championship in 1999. Ms. Cardea earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver and maintains Bar admissions in Virginia and Colorado.

Kelly Collver
Kelly Collver was most recently the Head of School at September School, an inclusive, progressive middle and high school in Boulder, Colorado. Kelly's commitment to equity and centering student voice is the foundation for her work in Restorative Justice and curriculum design. Kelly began her career teaching K-12 music before earning her Masters in Inclusive Special Education. Kelly is a consultant in schools supporting teachers working to end the segregation of students with disabilities. Kelly has worked internationally teaching and leading inclusive sports camps. Outside of schools, Kelly has coached youth soccer for two decades and also directed youth choirs and musical theater programs.

Christi Kasa
Christi Kasa, Ph.D. is a Full Professor for the Department of Teaching and Learning and the Director of the Office of Inclusive Services in the College of Education at the University of Colorado. Her teaching, research, and consulting are guided by her passion to create successful inclusive schools. Christi’s expertise is in the areas of inclusive education and strategic systems change to end the segregation of disabled students. Christi began her career teaching in the public schools of California as a general education teacher and special education teacher and now spends time in schools all over the country working to end the segregation of students with disabilities. Christi’s published works have appeared in The Journal of the Association for People with Severe Handicaps, The International Journal for Inclusive Education, and the American Education Research Journal.
